If you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or constantly “on edge,” you’re not alone. Our first-ever Virtual Therapeutic Yoga Group is designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and feel grounded—all from the comfort of your home.

This is not a typical yoga workout. Each session is a trauma-informed, therapeutic yoga experience combining gentle somatic movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices to support your emotional regulation, mental wellbeing, and nervous system health. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for online yoga for anxiety and stress, this is a safe, welcoming space for you.

Led by a Certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor

This means you’ll experience gentle movement, breathwork, and grounding practices that help you:

  • Build emotional awareness

Somatic & Trauma-Informed Yoga

This group integrates somatic yoga practices with trauma-informed guidance.

Somatic movement focuses on how your body feels internally, helping you notice tension patterns, breath, and stress responses.

With guidance from a trauma-informed instructor who understands therapeutic processes, the sessions are designed to support:

• Nervous system regulation
• Emotional awareness
• Stress recovery
• A deeper sense of internal safety

Rather than pushing performance or flexibility, the goal is to help your body feel supported, steady, and safe.

A Therapeutic Approach to Yoga

Unlike many online yoga classes, this group is intentionally structured to support mental and emotional wellbeing. Because the instructor understands both therapy and trauma-informed yoga, the sessions are paced carefully and designed to respect each participant’s comfort level. You don’t need any prior yoga experience. We’ve designed this online yoga program for beginners to be gentle, trauma-sensitive, and beginner-friendly. You can move at your own pace and still feel supported.
