Kristen Wimmer LSW

I am a licensed social worker who specializes in a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to counseling. My primary experience comes from working with survivors of interpersonal violence and abuse. I use various modalities based on a client’s needs, such as somatic experiencing, DBT, TF-CBT, and IFS. I am currently working toward my EMDR certification.

Rabeea Ilyas, LAC

As a clinician, I recognize how culture, faith, and identity influence mental health and personal growth. I work to help adolescents and adults develop coping strategies that reflect their values while navigating life’s challenges. I have experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds through anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem struggles, and relationship or family concerns. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach that focuses on your strengths and resilience, helping you recognize and build on the skills you already have.

Ameena Qobrtay, LSW

Ameena Qobrtay is a Licensed Social Worker who brings a trauma-informed, feminist, and humanist lens to therapy. She understands how identity and marginalization within systems of power can increase vulnerability to interpersonal violence and the lasting impacts of trauma. As a Circassian Muslim, Ameena is particularly interested in helping clients navigate generational trauma and the lasting effects of displacement. Whether you’re coping with trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply looking for support, Ameena believes therapy is a collaborative process where healing happens through safety, authenticity, and connection.
